Born and raised in the heart of LA, it was always Julie’s dream as a child to become a makeup artist. Now, being in the industry for over a decade, she is still based in Los Angeles and offers makeup and hair services in Southern California + destination locations.

At the young age of 5 years old, Julie would sit her mom and grandmother in their living room and force them to let her do their makeup. Growing up she always knew that she would become a makeup artist. After high school, she struck a deal with her father; if she took a few business courses at a community college then he would support her dream. Well, a few business courses turned into a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management at Mount St. Mary’s University and immediately after that, she enrolled in an Esthetics program to get her CA state license as an Esthetician. After passing the state exam, she worked at Sephora for a period of time. She was part of the new store opening team at The Grove in Los Angeles, but soon after decided to start her own empire.

Since 2013, she has gained experience in so many different fields of hair and makeup; for example, fashion photography, headshots, red carpet, the list goes on. But her true love when it comes to this art is bridal. Julie feels she can truly say that her work is her hobby and for that she’s grateful!
